I was apprehensive ordering a 43 piece din...

I was apprehensive ordering a 43 piece dinner set from the US and shipping to the UK. Would it arrive in time?
Would it be pieces? What if there was a problem with delivery? ABSOLUTELY NO NEED TO WORRY AT ALL! Haha!
The items arrived really well packaged (took me half an hour to unpack it all!), when expected and great customer service from Daniel - very response to my queries.
There was a little blip with UPS payment which Daniel resolved promptly, and one minor chip on one plate which Daniel had no hesitation that it would be replaced. Lovely set and really pleased.

David is wonderful! I would give him 5 stars for shipping but unfortunately a few pieces arrived broken (mostly because of how the items must have been handled during shipping). However, I messaged David and he replied within minutes and agreed to send us replacements without any hassle. He is great with customer service, and I look forward to buying more things from him!
