Accessibility
Last updated: September 17, 2026.
The Talavera Hub is working to make our store easier to use for people with disabilities. Our accessibility work uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference. We have not completed a full accessibility assessment and do not claim that every part of the website meets this standard.
Our current work
We are reviewing navigation, product information, shopping forms, keyboard focus, mobile layouts, color contrast, and customer-facing documents. Improvements are being tested in a draft theme before release. Some changes may not yet appear on the live store.
Known limitations and checks still in progress
- Some product images still need individual alternative-text review.
- Our illustrated wholesale PDF contains screenshots without complete text alternatives. Please use the online wholesale ordering guide instead.
- Screen-reader testing with NVDA and iPhone VoiceOver, complete checkout and account journeys, and all third-party widget states are still in progress.
- Chat, review, CAPTCHA, sign-in, and payment tools may include components provided by other companies. We are documenting issues and available alternatives as these are assessed.
Report a problem or request help
Email support@thetalaverahub.com or use our accessibility support form. Messages are reviewed by our team Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.
Please include the page link, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. If helpful, include your browser, device, or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
If you cannot use a product, quote, or order-help form, email us so we can help you find the information or an alternative way to make your request.
Ongoing review
We maintain a dated issue list and use it to review theme changes, apps, product media, and promotional content. Automated checks are one part of this work; they do not replace manual testing and feedback from people who use assistive technology.
