Beautiful item, wonderfully packed but still some how received damaged. Opened to a big crack on wood , hook missing before even unwrapped and design was peeling off as they are sticked or glued on. However, cups & designs on cups are great quality and is super cute! Packed with great care but was still damaged before unwrapping. Just wished I was able to give this to my loved one without the damage. :(
