The shop owner remediated my previous order by sending in a replacement free of any charge.
This time the item was perfectly packaged in a box which I heavily appreciate. It also has the “fragile handle with care” tape, the mailman did not toss it like last time (FYI. I have a camera on the entrance). The key holder does not have any bent prongs. Only very minute details here and there. Like a scratch on the black paint and a couple of rough spots since it’s metal.
Thank you for the resolution. I know not everyone is a picky customer as I am, but I am a firm believer of not having anything broken or damaged in my home particularly decor which I love. I like to feel happy with items I acquire in which I place much thought into so everything is in harmony.
