Cancellation Policy

At The Talavera Hub, we strive to provide excellent customer service and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our order cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Before Shipment

Order Cancellation Request:

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at theglasswarehub@gmail.com or the "Contact Us" page.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation in your request.

Approval and Refund:

  • If the cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund based on the payment method used:
    • Orders Placed by Check: Refunds will take 14-21 business days to be processed. Refunds will only be sent back to the original bank account from which the payment was made.
    • Orders Placed by Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation and refund process is complete.

Cancellation After Shipment

  • Order Shipped: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to return a shipped order.

Exceptions

  • Custom, Personalized Orders, Bulk Orders: Custom orders, personalized orders, and Bulk orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
  • Sale or Discounted Items: Orders for items purchased during a sale or with a discount may be subject to different cancellation terms. Please review the specific terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
